(August 30, 2016) After much anticipation, Foundation 4Life held a ribbon-cutting ceremony in Jardines del Norte, Honduras to celebrate the completion of a computer lab, the only one of its kind in the region. This milestone will provide a window to the technological world. The major Community Development project was completed as part of our partnership with Jardines del Norte. The donation included the construction of a brand-new classroom with an air conditioner and surveillance cameras, 30 computers, and a screen projector with a touch screen. All of the desks were built at the Foundation 4Life-sponsored Productive Carpentry School in Omoa, Honduras. Students, teenagers, and mothers will take computer classes to learn skills that will help them be more competitive in today’s world. Several 4Life distributors attended the event, including Platinum International Diamond Esdras Cabrera Alberto, Gold International Diamond Rigoberto Carrion, and several International Diamonds. Foundation 4Life Director Tracie Kay, Senior Director of International Daniel Taylor, Foundation 4Life representatives, local government authorities, and school district officials also attended. Distributors played games with the kids, served them lunch, and gave them 4Life water bottles. “This is amazing!” Esdras commented. “Six years ago, we celebrated the completion of the feeding center here. Today, we’re excited about the new computer center, all because distributors donated to Foundation 4Life. I encourage everyone to support Foundation 4Life and help make a difference around the world.”
