(January 2017) Distributors and employees supported students and families in December 2016 with generous donations that helped make the holidays a little brighter. Through the Spirit of Giving project, employees donated more than 100 new and gently used winter coats, and many boots, hats, and gloves to students at the Guadalupe School. Employees also contributed funds to purchase 400 books for children grades two through six for in-class and home reading. In addition to supporting the Guadalupe School, employees donated 200 pounds of non-perishable food to the Utah Food bank. It’s a long-standing tradition for 4Life employees to donate food as well as volunteer at the food bank. Several southern California distributors made donations to purchase holiday gifts for 15 families supported by the TLC Resource Center of Downey Unified School District. For several years, Foundation 4Life has supported the TLC Resource Center’s efforts to assist the families of struggling students so the students can better focus on education. Distributor leaders involved in this project included Gold International Diamonds Renaldo and Lymari Sánchez, and Edison and Claudia Echeverry. Support was also provided by several International Diamonds, Presidential Diamonds, and the Los Angeles LP Center team.
