(August 2014) In collaboration with local distributors, Foundation 4Life made a donation to Jardín de la Niña María (Garden of the Child Mary) in Bogota, Colombia to purchase 57 mattresses for the girls who live there. Jardín de la Niña María provides girls in need with a safe, loving, and nurturing environment, and support for education, jobs, and social skills. Girls learn how to feel good about themselves and others, and interact with adults and peers. 4Life Colombia General Manager Wai Lam Lau joined distributors like Gold International Diamonds Sandra Perotti and Norma Rocha to provide educational and entertaining activities for the girls, including lunch and fun games. At the end of the event, 4Life representatives helped move out old mattresses and move in new ones. The girls had smiles on their faces, knowing they would have a great night’s rest on their new mattresses. “Thank you, 4Life, for bringing so much happiness to these girls,” commented Sandra Perotti. “Now, more than ever before, my husband Giovanni and I will continue to support Foundation 4Life.” “The 57 mattresses have undoubtedly transformed the lives of the girls,” remarked Director of Jardín de la Niña María Monica Echandía. “This service shows them that there is always someone who is willing to lend a hand.
