July 2010 — In early 2010, 4Life distributors and Foundation 4Life raised approximately $130,000 to support the Children of the Andes Foundation. Children of the Andes offers children living on the streets of Colombia real solutions to help improve their quality of life and aid their physical, mental, and spiritual development. The 4Life donations went toward rebuilding a house in which the children can live. This new facility helps better facilitate the needs of the children. In June 2010, 4Life President Steve Tew, Foundation 4Life Director Tracie Kay, and Senior Director, International Latin America Rich Decker visited Colombia to check on the progress of the house-building project. They also met with Children of the Andes representatives about the foundation’s programs and talked about the purpose of the new house and who serves.
